Meet Our Team

Malavika Mukherjee

Founder and Chief Psychotherapist

Hello! I'm Malavika, a Psychotherapist with close to 5 years of experience working with individuals, couples, families, and groups. As you go through the website, you'll find bits and pieces of information about me, my work, the approaches I adopt in therapy sessions, my qualifications - in tune with the themes I centre my practice around - pieces coming together to form a coherent larger picture!

In summary, my qualifications include a Masters in Psychology (Counselling) from Christ University Bangalore, and subsequent post-graduate degrees and certifications in trauma therapy, narrative therapy, couples and family therapy, attachment theory and relational work, and neurodivergent-affirmative therapy practices. As a client, you will be given the choice to pick and choose what approaches would work best for you, alongside a large helping of warmth, comfort, and a gentle but assertive push to re-evaluate behaviours and responses that are working against you instead of in your favour.

Outside of therapy, you will find me spending unhealthy amounts of time with our Chief Happiness Officer, reading books, pursuing my interest in photography, and creating memories!

Divya Khattar

Consultant Psychotherapist

Hi! I’m Divya, a Counselling Psychologist with an MSc from Christ University, Bangalore. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with many individuals navigating challenges like anxiety, overthinking, grief, self-esteem issues, emotional regulation, relationships, and trauma. In my counselling experience, I’ve learned that healing looks different for everyone—and that’s where I come in.

In therapy, I combine evidence-based approaches like CBT, ACT, and Gestalt, and incorporate a person-centered approach. I also integrate a trauma-informed lens into my practice, continuously seeking to expand my expertise in trauma-based work. My style is reflective and structured, helping you analyze patterns in your thoughts and behaviors without judgment. Together, we dig deeper into understanding why you do what you do, giving you an empathetic and safe space to discover your inner self.

Personally, I believe that any individual comes with a repertoire of experiences. Thus, as a therapist, I strive to be an anchor guiding you through the storms of life, empowering you to navigate your challenges and find your own harbor of healing and growth. I believe that with the right support, we all have the ability to evolve and overcome. So, my goal is to walk alongside you as a trusted companion, co-create meaning, and offer guidance and support as you cover your therapeutic journey.

When I’m not in session, you’ll often find me exploring the arts, reading, writing poetry, or spending time with my loved ones, especially my bundle of joy, Google (my pet dog). These outlets nourish my soul and help me bring a more human, compassionate touch to my work.

Let’s walk this journey together—towards healing, self-discovery, and personal growth!
